Okay, so last night I ran around town and on the highway real quick with the zero map plugged in. It definitely ran cooler and cooled down more readily, however it also snipped the ***** clean off the bike...
The map that was on there, according the notes, was actually for a Jardine slip on pipe. There was one for the Yosh RS3 on the website, which is what is actually on the bike, so I went ahead and put that on. It seems to be a less aggressive map than the other, and seemed to still run pretty cool for a quick around town trip afterwards last night. Will need to take it for a long haul first, but it certainly seems like we found the culprit here.

Makes quite the difference with the sun off the bike, but it certainly suggests it's helping, let us know how it is today.
To a point, you can keep pulling fuel and get a more aggressive response from the engine (not necessarily faster) but it can make it run hot, throw off the mix and cause twitchy, difficult to control throttle response.
The RS3 is the same can i have, but on a CA bike, however it runs too weak with the CA tune, so i'm trying the stock/49 state tune with the RS3 - might go to stock bike tune as it pulls less fuel again than the RS3 version.
