01-06 CBR 600 F4i Shorty Moto GP EXHAUST slip on??????
 

Thinking about buying this exhaust on e-bay. Has anyone heard one on an F4-I? Are they real ghetto? Also says it won't fit if i have an o2 sensor... Not sure if my "04" has one or not?

an 04 should have one unless it has been taken out. All i have to say is you pay for what you get.

If it's the one that just looks like an exhaust tip with a little bit of packing then i bought one. It's REALLY loud. I had it on there for a little while and then i was scared that people wouldn't want to ride with me from it being too loud. Not to mention every cop from 2 blocks away can here you. It sounded great tho...

i too have contemplated them but have been weary of how much baffling is really in it for backpressure. definitely interested to hear any input on this part of it.

I contacted a couple of people on ebay that purchased one for our bikes. They all said that it was ungodly loud, but they ALL were satisfied with it. As far as the backpressure, I contacted the guy who is selling them numerous timeds, and he will not respond to any of my emails......... I thought about buying one, but it irritates me that he will not respond to a potential customer w/ questions.

That's too bad, I was looking at getting one too... I drive a lot at night and the cops already know my by my first name lol..

I just put one on my '01 f4i. I love the sound, it really does sound great BUT there is no way its leagal. Im trying to figure out a way to baffel it more cause it looks great too. I am also in the process of trying to get an R6 pipe cause with a little work it will fit and sounds great. Hope this helps.
