You ca remove the bloody thing and run direct ram air bypassing the valve
You wont notice any difference, its needed only for speeds under 12mph anyway.

well i searched all over today and didnt find that part which the mechanic said i HAD to have to keep it from cutting out at speeds over 45mph...which i couldnt get it over...he said that part controled the slides so i put two and two together and covered the ram air in front of the bike half way and it runs fine now...so i can run thw two big hoses from the ram air directly into the inputs on the carbs? and itll run fine?

Well mine kept my bike for going over 45.. Then i pulled off the valve and it runs like a champ now. Turns out it was rusted and kept it from getting air or something

Well, considering that that is what provides a lot of your air at speed, I wouldn't, you will probably have a hard time to get it to run right, and also that was the main reason the f3 has more horsepower than the f2.

Kuro's bypass is used by most track guys.
He's testament that it works fine... might get a tad lean from the main air below 12mph since its main air hoses the whole time.
