Do the cases still include the rods and pistons? How about a crankshaft? I had a no oil situation, so I would probably need all three of those things since it's knocking like something is loose now.

The cases do come with the pistons & rods, unfortunately the crank has been sold. The cases are in good shape & ready for some internals. Sounds like you spun a rod bearing. Get it apart & check the crank to see how bad it is first. It can probably be fixed. Let me know if I can help.

All thats left are the cases & the CBR 900RR jet kit.

 

What failed in the transmission that was so expensive it had to be junked? I've never seen a whole transmission go for more than half of a motor.

 

You still have all the complete fairings in nice condition? If so could you post pics?

 

The transmission had about 400 bucks in parts that needed to be replaced. He found a whole engine for 500, so he just went that route. I have since parted the rest out because he never picked up the old engine & I don't talk to this guy anymore. I have since cleaned the cases up & they are ready to be built.

I do not have any plastics for this bike.

 

Do u have a 97-98 tail light bracket and if so how much?
