Default Valve knocking?

I believe its what i have. Its super loud and annoying it almost sounds like someone put a bolt inside my motor just ratteling around in their. The thing is i replaced the pistons and rings and got the stupid thing honed out so it has perfect compression. Used my old head and replaced the head gasket and finally started it up, at first it sounded pretty good no knocking then after she warmed up it sounded painfully loud. Do i have a bent valve, or stuck lifter? also do i need to drop the motor for a 6th time to pull the head?

Yep, a valve slapping. You will have to pull the heads and replace that valve or valves, more than likely bent. Seems somehow you timing is off or cam chain jumped a tooth.

Check your pistons when you have the head off. With that much noise I'd be surprised if you didn't damage one of them.

I don't know, but that was some ugly noise... Hopefully not, but I'd sure take a look.

Update my friends

Retimed it and the bike ran better and the noise was quieter, im going to swap heads tomorrow. however when i took out plug one it looked like the piston had struck it since it was shut. But then further inspection it looks like something actually hit it from the side like a bent valve that was stuck open.
