Starting w/ kickstand?
Ok so I saw this video on youtube of a guy with a 1993 CBR 600F2 and he happened to start up his bike with the kickstand down!!! When I got mine the guy told me it won't turn on with the kickstand down/light on and it will shut off if you put it down while the engine is on. Any way to get it started with the kickstand on the ground???
Not 100% on the F2 but most bikes will start with the kickstand down as long as it is in neutral, once you put it into gear it will shut off.
Have you tried it in Neutral?
If you want it so you can have it in gear witht he kickstand down (Which I highly disregard doing) you have to bypass the kickstand switch.

well idk the guy on youtube had the same damn bike and it started like nothing lol. and yes it's in neutral. my little light comes on whenever it wants but i can roll it back in forth and i know it's in neutral
First, download the workshop manual.
Second, it sounds like you have a faulty neutral indicator switch and it isn't telling the kickstand switch the bike is neutral. Find the switch and check for damaged wiring, if the wiring is ok remove the switch and try to clean it.
