Default Starting Issue

Hi, I've got a '92 CBR600F2. Having a starting glitch right now. The bike isn't used much but I have recently serviced it with intention of either riding it more this summer or selling it. The bike runs great but has the following problem. After sitting a period of time, like a couple weeks or so, the starter will not turn over when I first hit the switch. After I hit it a couple times more it turns over and starts fine. And it works ok when warm, until the next cold start.

The battery is recent and tests ok.

Thanks!

I had just a click. I checked the fuses, starter relay, and starter with a multimeter as well as adjusted the kickstand wire was hanging loose from previous owner. Started right up. Maybe check the starter button with a multimeter.
