Default should an f2 have an electric fan

only ask as when i ride it if i get caught in slow traffic, i.e 30 mph the temp goes right up to the red, as soon as im back to about 60 it drops back to halfway. also where is it? on the front or the back of the rad? got a funny feeling that the bike hase been raced with the damaged fairings and vfr 750 clocks. fast as hell though

Yes it should. behind the rad. Might have been taken off or damaged, or possibly a faulty thermistor switch not giving it the go-signal. First things first check the fuse.
