Default replacing outer gauge rim

The top of my gauge got melted in the "spark" accident. Should I replace the whole gauge cluster or do you think I can find just the outer plastic piece that is shown in the OEM schematic?

wee bit droopy

Is this the part I need to find to replace the damaged droopy part

Default Guage replacement

My guage assembly is all one part. Molded together. No screw holes in my guages like the one shown in link.
