Removing trip thing from speedo
 

Hi does anyone know how to remove the trip thing that you turn round to reset the trip distance from the speedo? Does it jut pull out as iv tried a little force but it feels fairy stuck in, thanks in advance!!

The trip odometer knob is retained by a small screw in the center of the knob
