Default Lowering Links

Anybody lower their F2 with the eBay kit for $30? They have no customer reviews available and with a part this critical for so cheap I am hesitant. I don't want to snap the part when I am on the bike and possible harm my bike or myself all over saving 70-100$ Please let me know if there worth price.

Why do you need lowering links? I've found that bikes with lowering links will blow out the rear shock in short order and ride like a bag of crap.

my bike being a 94 in my opinion stands a little higher, i myself am about 5'9 and am barely flat footed..you experience the ride yourself? I do like how it rides now wouldn't want to jepordize that but if i feel a little bit more of a bump thats tolerable.
