Vice grip will work if you can get it on the head. How did you strip it? wrong size key?

Rattle gun?? You mean impact? It's impossible to get vice grips on the bolt head. Yes I used the right sized key, just tight as a **** I guess.

Break out a torch and get it on the bolt. you need to break any rust free and heat and cool will do that. Don't keep the heat on there too long or you'll start melting parts you need. Smack it a few times with a mallet as well. if its starting to strip, you may need to try and pound a slightly larger metric or SAE size in there to get a good bite. good luck. I had that happen to me on a damn caliper bolt on my truck. Grrrr.

pb breaker will loosen the rust if you let it sit overnight. This will help any way you choose to get it out. Get some Easy Outs, follow directions, and you should be able to get a stripped headed bolt out

Make that PB Blaster Penetrating Oil, found at your local HomeDepot. Gently tap to help penetrating oil penetrate the threads. Leave over night, as suggested above and use easyouts if necessary....

try a torx bit slightly larger than allen key socket, hammer it in and you may have a few more chances to get it too loosen
