Default Hardwire the fan

One thing i noticed after i blew my motor to bits is that the fan never turned on. It used to work considering the wires hit it and they got cut a little but i don't think whatever kicks the fan on does. Maybe because im not running a temp gauge anymore idk. anyways, What wire on the fan do i need to tap into to power the stupid fan by the flick of a switch?

put the wire that's on the switch (on the radiator) to one side of a manual switch and ground the other side.

If you're just looking to have the fan turn on with the ignition all you need to do is disconnect the wire that plugs into the temp sensor at the bottom of the radiator (in front), and connect it to a ground.

Could be that your fan is dead.

Disconnect the electrical harness and try jumping one wire to a ground and another to a 12volt source.
That will tell you if the fan is functional or not.

so i also have a question, out of the electrical harness, there is the wirethat goes down to the fan and one wire that has like a little circle thing. So i grounded that little circle wire because if fit perfectly around a 10mm bolt and then the other wire is grounded now. Is everythign set up correctly?

nope. The fan should have a 12v power source from the fuse, and a ground through the switch.

Fuse----fan---switch (grounded) then the radiator has a wire that grounds it to the frame.

so essentially i could disconnect the electrical harness and just wire it into the fuse box? im just wondering why that electrical harness has a wire that comes off and one goes down to the fan and the other has that weird wire that i grounded. Then the other side of the harness goes up into the wiring harness of teh bike

The fan needs 12v and ground. One wire comes from the battery through the fan fuse. The other wire gets grounded through the switch on the radiator. If you give one of the wires on the fan and the other ground, it should come on. If not, the fan is dead. If you hook then up backwards, the fan will push air instead of pulling air like its supposed to.

If you have key on power at the fan, your supply is there, just ground the other wire. Check for that power using a test light or voltmeter. You wanted to put a manual switch, so put it in the ground circuit.

I have no idea what you grounded so far. maybe shoot a picture....

^^^^man i would go completly bonkers without your help i do appreciate it man and you rock a 929 instead of an f2! Lucky Bastard haha. I think i grounded the electrical harness to the wrong piece. I did the coil bracket instead of the fan, so i'll take a look into that
