I bought a bike with a blown engine and swapped an f3 engine into it. Started up fine but doesn't want to run right, i cleaned my carbs out and they're synchronized. Ive read that f3's had bigger carbs, should i put f3 carbs on or is there another route i could take? Any input is appreciated!

Well - your first issue might be the fuel delivery system. The F3 uses an electric fuel pump to send fuel to the carbs (not a pressurized system, but it is electric) - your F2 carbs might not be set up to take advantage of this. I also don't know if the carbs are similar enough to be reconfigured, or if you need the F3 setup.
did the F3 motor have the hookup for the vacuum line to the petcock?
*edit* - misread - thought you had F3 carbs on the bike.
