f2 air box mod???

Default f2 air box mod???

i was gonna see if some one has done some sort of mod to their air box on their f2. and if someone has ever removed the air box LL TOGETHER AND RUN individual k &n's? and if they did if they could give me part numbers spo i could get me some, any help is greatly appreciated!! thanks

I beleive the factory pro jet kits advise modding the airbox for increased airflow.

As for pod filters, I've yet to see it done... not sure it's particularly wise given that it bypasses the velocity stacks...

what is it tht they say to do to the airbox to mod it? i plan on running a jet kit. when i put my header on, right now it has a d&d slip on. and air filter un known

if you have anything other than stock exhaust, including going with a slip on, you'll need to rejet.

Get a K+N filter, and get the dynojet kit. I can vouch for it working.

Also, don't bother chopping your airbox just for ****s and giggles. It's unnecessary.
