Default Battery voltage with bike off

Just wanting to compare

My voltage across the battery when the bike is off is 12.6v, which seems low to me. One of the guides I read in the R/R replacement sticky says that the battery should have 12.8v minimum.

I am running an Everstart from walmart and have had it about 2 years. Let me know how your bike stacks up

12.6 volts means the battery is fully charged. You are good to go.

11.9v = 25% charged
12.1 = 50%
12.4 = 75%
12.6 = 100%
