Anyone ever tried F3 pistons in the F2??

The thing is, if you're going to bore it why stop there? Especially on a F2 since the pistons have to come out of the top. Its not like the 86 or 87 GSXR 750, where you could basiclly pull the head and slip the cylinders up off of the pistons, remove pistons from the rods, install new pistons, slip the fresh big bore cylinder down over the pistons, bolt the head back on so on and so forth, like my friend did for the 883cc kit on his 86 GSXR.

That's the on thing I don't like about the F2 how the cylinder and upper case are one..I'd like to know as well what the results were with kokotl1000 were..so the F4 saw a increase bore and a shorter a shorter stroke to achieve 599cc displacement from the F2 and F3 bore and stroke.. you got my wheels turning frank..lol

Koko had a crazy modded F2. It had Kawasaki zrx? 400 forks, cbr 900 rear wheel, yoshimura universal rearsets, homemade ram air, and 08 cbr 1000rr race fairing. And of course the F4i pistons. Someone else posted an article a while back about a stroker F2 and story about beating that Ontario F2 at Willow Springs. Didnt I mail you the Ontario article?
