900rr rear wheel on f2 pdf pics needed!
Im fitting 900rr sc33 5.5" rear wheel on my f2. Found some info with google on this forum about the swap. I checked that kokos old topic where is pdf files linked, but it wont open or load these files anymore. If someone got pics or another info about new spacers i need(thicness) and also need info about rear sprocket carrier machining(how much need to take off material to fix chain line) any info would be helpfull.

Have you considered spacing the front sprocket outward instead.
Machining the carrier may line things up, but you'll have very little room between the chain and tire.
And tires deflect and change shape under load too.
Also curious why you are doing this? It's a lot of work to go to just to put a wider tire on.

Tires squish and change there profile to fit the size of the rim. A 180 on a 5.5" is going to be wider than on a 4.5" rim.
And they also deform under cornering and load. You need to have more clearance than you think.
I'd mount it and mock it up and take some measurements first just to be sure, but that's just me.
But you're the one doing this, so good luck. Post pics when it's done.
