Default WTB: Cushion drive rubber

Those can, and should be bought new from a dealership as well as from some parts vendors. Would not recommend buying and using used parts, and also would recommend replacing them all at once. When you do, it can be pretty tight to get the flange back on the rim, I ended up jumping on mine after failing to get it in straight enough with a rubber mallet.

Also would not recommend riding the bike before all five are in place.
