Front Inner Cowling
This is the front inner cowling, that mounts between the left and right lowers, joining them together.
There is one little bit that's broken off, and there's a few spots where the black has rubbed off a little, but these are places where it sits behind other farings pieces (which is what it rubs on), and is not visible when installed.
I've got both sides, with the little pin-lock bits that hold the two halves together, and the little metal cable guide is still there, that helps keep the speedo cable in the right place. Even the heat shielding is still there at the bottom, where the part is closest to the headers.
In the first pic, there's a yellow circle where the little mounting hole piece, like on the other side, is missing - strangely enough, this didn't get broken in the crash I had, but someone must have broken it before I got the bike, when they were removing it for maintenance, and my front fairings didn't even have the little pins that went through those holes, so I never used them - the six screws that mount to the lowers hold it pretty good on their own. It should be a very easy repair, if you even bother with it, using a plastic washer and some plastic epoxy - the nice thing is, that it's not visible when mounted.
$25 plus shipping - there's a guy on another site that has first crack at it - I should hear from him today.

I never put it up for sale, it's needed to mount my fairings.

No worries...though I will say, I might be buying a Graves Motorsports racing fairing stay, in the next week or so, from a guy parting out his F2/F3 race bike - if that happens, I could sell mine.
In the event that I do that, I'll check with you to see if you still need it, though you'll probably come up with something by then.

WTB: lower fairing
Sorry for the confusion, but what exactly is for sale on this F2? Is it everything pictured? I'm currently in need of a lower right fairing and if you are selling one, I'd be interested! Thanks!

Your are correct - what pictures I haven't removed, is all that's left, which is currently only the stator cover and OEM muffler - I do have a few smaller items that I have never posted up, but all fairings have been sold.
