Default S100 Wheel cleaner, safe on tires?

So I bought S100 wheel cleaner to clean my wheels. I basically just sprayed it on, let it soak, and wiped away with a microfiber towel (I don’t have access to a hose so did not “rinse” off”). Now a lot of this stuff leaked down to my tires. I wiped off any noticeably wet spots, but I’m wondering do I need to be concerned about this making my tires slippery? Will it be difficult to get off? Will it have a similar effect like putting tire shine onto motorcycle tires? Thanks

Cleaners can make rubber slippery, so I would be a little concerned. Fortunately, most scrub off pretty quickly as they are not meant to coat the surface. Get as much off as you can with a bucket of water amnd a sponge or rag. After that, be careful for the first few miles.
