I use it at work too. Better than that fancy hand soap with grit in it.

Dawn Dish Detergent works great, I have used it for years to clean my tools and to remove grease from painted surfaces. Note: it will remove some brands of car wax.

I also found this on their website:
DAWN SAVES WILDLIFE! Dawn dish soap is used by Wildlife Rescue organizations to clean up animals effected by oil spills. According to the International Bird Rescue Research Center, Dawn effectively removes grease but does not cause harm to the skin of the birds and the solution is gentle enough to not harm the sensitive areas around animals’ eyes and feathers.. It’s also biodegradable and contains no phosphates.

Simple green works on some, but for wax based lubes and the white aftermath after the simple green is washed and dried i hit it with brake cleaner then air or prepsall and a rag.

Pledge furniture polish works. I use the cheap Dollar Store version. Takes grease off of hands and fairing also. Just spray in on a rag or paper towel and with away. It part of my arsenal of fluids I take to the track. Brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, carb cleaner, WD, axle grease, water, glass cleaner, and furniture polish.
