Anyone have a spare laying around?

An Option albeit a high end option

I wouldn't think a chain guard would be a terribly hard part to find ( they usually don't get too screwed up in a crash :icon_teeth:), but I guess it all depends. Some of the stuff you need... nobody else needs.
I'll keep an eye open for one.
You can definitely use one from 93-96, not sure about 89-91.

What happened to yours, Dao? (Dare I ask) lol...

That's pretty sharp Sprock, dunno if that's what I'm after though.

Previous owner has no idea why the chainguard isn't on there. He bought the bike 5 years ago and it wasn't on then, he never worried about it.

Not really a big deal. If I can find one on the cheap I'll get it. Might ask around town and see if someone can fabricate something.

I hear ya, a bit steep alright and like you said easy enough to make one,
probably better than oem too......I find lube still flings out past the original
one if you over do it ..........a bit short .....another inch or two would have
done it..........I'll keep a lookout for one for ya

The reason it may not be there is maybe a big sprocket was on it at one time

Hmmm...mebbe I should see what sprocket is on now. Babbett's appears to have an OEM guard for under $70.
