Helibars for 1000F
 

I'm looking for HeliBars for a 1993 CBR1000F. My arms are just not
that long enough to make the ride uncomfortable, just nned to bring back to bars 1/2 inch or so. HeliBars for the Honda are discontinued. Any suggestions that are not too Radical.

G'day Rich. Lots of us here have been down this road. Hit the search button up the top and put 'bar risers' or similar in for the full story. I've got vfr750 bars on mine (same fork diameter), you could use pre-vtec vfr800 bars (the vtec has bigger forks), Genmar risers or a few others I've forgotten.

I hope this helps...By the way, have you voted in the ROTM for December yet? There's a real nice cbrf owned by a guy called Sprock. He's a bit of a wrongun (hi Sprock :D)but would probably appreciate your vote.

I have the genmar risers on one CBR and the VFR bars on the other. If you want the most comfort the VFR bars are much, much higher than the Genmars.

And give Sprock a vote. He doesn't have either kind. :D Oh, and be sure and clean your monitor.

What year VFR bars should I look for?
