Default Cane sighting on eBay ...

In the market for a Cane? I just got this listing into my email - yes, i'm one of the geeks that's setup with search email alerts when a Cane surfaces.

Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with the sale - i'm not the seller.

What the seller doesn't mention - it seems as if she'd been down on the left side once? Decal and scuff marks.

Mileage? Interesting.
Price? Not sure, but for some reason it doesn't cause me to break out in euphoria...

She's been down on both sides - not major damage, possibly low speed or fell off stand on left side or it'd be much worse. Right side looks like a "drop on the grass" or something softer.

Seller should buy a new part for over the left crashbar and he'd get more money.
May be OK but I'd have a really good look at it.

Looking at the rear tyre it hasn't been ridden hard - whatever that tells you........?

Good call, shadowman...
I was definately thinking the left side, but I think you're right..

Still not a bad bike, but I think that should be disclosed..

Mine is a '95 and it had 16k on it. I paid $2700.
It had no damage. Never dropped that I could tell...even with the plastic off.
I'll be watching this one. Curious to see where it goes...

Yep, i was shaking in me pants while i posted that!

Actually not really, i just wanted to make sure that there's no misconception. Although, if i owned this puppy, the LAST thing i'd do is....sell it!

Agreed - the damage is really minor, but for complete disclosure and a fair listing, it should be explained.

Then,...he has the handle bar risers on it ... and a corbin seat... that's a few hundred right there. Mileage is definitely good. If i didn't have my 1990 and had some cash laying around, i'd be on it like ugly on an ape...

F.

Add-On: Wasn't sure whether i should post this in the For Sale section, since i'm not the seller

Default Seems a little high to me

Seems too steep @ $2,900.00 to start. I did notice the damage on the left side as well. I also noticed the back tire looks like Haga just completed the biggest burnout ever.
