Does anybody know if 2006 cbr wheels will fit my 02 cbr 954??? also what about an extended swingarm from the 1000 on mine??

 

yes wheels r interchangable and no to the swingarm as off the engine, frame and swingarm is totaly different unless u can do a hell of a fabrication on the swingarm to go along a 954's frame. let me kno if u get it done will love to see it. good luck

will fit just use the 1000 wheel spacers.

 

I dont see a reason to go to the newer style tri-spokes! They are terrible looking. Honda f*cked up when they went from the 6 to the 3 spokes! Work on getting 6 spokes on! Our bikes would be a work of art if they had 6 spokes..

been awhile so i guess ill put up some new pics here these are pvm raceing from an o4 all i had to do was add 2mm of spacer between the caliper and the 04 1k spacer( a 1 1/8 inch washer was 2mm thick) i used the 954 axle though the 1k was too long. rotors also worked on the rear however on the front they will work but you will lose about 1/2 inch of brake contact (i think the 954 rotors are the same bolt pattern not sure)

 

Wheels fit. No spacers needed. Check my album, I just put a set of 1000rr wheels on my bike after hitting a pothole.

 

They should fit! But why change from the 954 wheels to the 1000

 

rc51 sp1/sp2 wheels FTW (even if they do way a lil more). on the street you won't notice


the reason why is they are a tad bit lighter than 954 wheels btw
