damn! thats a great deal with all the ohlins! how much power did it put down on the dyno (not that it matters when you have ohlins front and rear)

what did you pay (usd)? 4400 ( traded a car worth 6,000 and got 1600 back)

what were the miles/mods? 1661 miles, fender eliminator kit, new windscreen, frame sliders, bar ends, and black spike hardware.

do you regret paying what you paid? Absolutely not! I have rode a few of the newer liter bikes (GSX-R 1000, CBR 1000, and R1) and none of them compare to the handling and comfort of this bike.

Paid $3900 for a red & black 2002 with less than 17k/mi. Came with full Yoshi system w/carbon shorty can, fender eliminator kit, carbon mirrors, frame sliders, PCIII, integrated tail light, flush mount front signals & decent tires

I just realized I never updated this when I bought mine. I paid $3500 ($3600 including the brand new battery it needed) in June of 2011 for my 2002 954RR with 24k miles on it. After owning the bike for several months I'd say it was a fair, but certainly not great deal as the bike has proven to need a new battery (day of sale), new tires (next season), new upper front and rear cowls (next season), and a chain/sprocket replacement (next season). Obviously if you add all of that up, it's going to cost some money, but I knew what I was getting myself into so there's no need to play any violins for me!

I paid 6,000 for mine in August. It had 11,000 miles new tires, new brakes front and rear, pc IIIr, 2 bike stands and various other nice touches + not a scratch on it anywhere. I would do the deal all over again...couldn't be happier.

Default 2002 954rr

Just got one last week for $3200. 5K miles. lowsided both sides so every piece of plastic has scratches, but not too bad. Tank is still perfect.

So besides the aftermarket scratches, bone stock. Bike needs a little TLC, but overall I am thrilled about the purchase.

well, it's a retired race bike from what I see... everything was wired up and the fairings was just way too clean for it's age (not complaining). Anyway, the guy I bought it from said it dyno-ed @ 163hp @11k or something like that, but honestly, I'm not sure... I just know it's super smooth to ride, it responds instantly, and it's mine! =P
