I bought a 954 where the previous owner had cut away half the oem undertail to replace it with a ****ty "Werkes Performance" part. This thing is literally the worst design and construction imaginable. There are 4 separate pieces of steel bolted together in a retarded over-complicated manner. The worst part is the thing leaves huge gaps around the sides that let water fling up into my trunk. So does anyone have suggestions for an assembly that isn't terribly designed, heavy, and ugly? Maybe someone has an unmolested oem one to sell?

 

It would be easier to chuck the whole lot away and start with a good used genuine tail assembly

 

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but I can't find any used ones that aren't cut up or cracked. The good news is I think my engine is failing so I don't have to worry about the tail anymore.
