Default Think I found one!

2002 Red & black 954 with 16k/mi, good tires, Flush mounts, Fender eliminator, frame sliders, Integrated Tail Light, Yosh Carbon Fiber pipe, Aftermarket Header, Power Commander III, carbon mirrors (look like the fake ones but still cool). All mint aside from a crack in the upper by the corner of the headlight, looks easy enough to epoxy back together til I can get a new one, not scratched up.
Can get for $3900, I'm ready to pounce on this beauty! Thoughts?

Sounds like an alright deal, current book is $3900.00 with no accessories. Also the mileage they would be calculating for that book value is probably double what is on the bike your looking at. I'd pounce, I just pounced on Sunday 2002 only a pipe and fender elim. a few minor scratchs and crack in the tail fairing (12200 miles). I paid $3500.00

i have found a few, all similar mileage & accessories. kbb shows avg mileage for 2002 at 41k so it's well below that at least. could get a silver/black one in the condition you got yours for the same $ but for some reason i can't stop looking at this red one

Yeah, mine is the silver and black. You cant go wrong with the honda red, and it sounds like the bike has all the little stuff done that you would have to do on a mostly stock bike. If it runs strong and was serviced properly get it, that is if your in the position to do so.

Very Nice!!! Always remember when you show up to buy and have cash in hand you can probably talk him down $400-$600 if you show him the cash....People are desperate these days to sell vehicles....Good luck and the bike is a beauty.
