Hi all!
New to the forum! I have had my 03 954 in sexy-***-blue (OEM colour name) for 2 years now and couldnt be more thrilled. No PC yet as I dont experience rough lower RPMs, only mods are air box flapper and steering damper. Excited to do more track days and day rides this season.

Now to the problem at hand - during a long leg last weekend the little bumper fell off my rear seat cowl (plastic cover for when you don't have a pillion). Looking at some schematics online it looks like this is not a part sold independently from the complete cover - expert drawing attached

Missing back-rest
. Does anyone have an idea how I can source this part without buying a complete cowl?

Any ideas and suggestions appreciated!

Mine has fallen off twice. They were ebay specials. Last time I purchased one they were 20-30 bucks complete so I had to just order the whole cowl again. I epoxied them on after so it wouldn’t happen again

 

Good to hear I'm not the only one haha, although mine is supposedly OEM...thanks, then I'll look into getting a new one and maybe just transfering that piece.
