Hi guys. I normally pop in here and read some of the posts but I don't think I ever posted anywhere except the 900RR section.

I just thought I'd post some pics ofthe 954 that I'm resurrecting.

Good luck with that man, hopefully insurance gives enough to fix it back to the amaziing beauty the 954's have

kind of odd damage, looks like mostly plastics front and rear and the bird cage (front controls headlight etc)

(unless you don't want to say....) what happened ? a couple front flips after he rear-ended you ? the exhaust pipe looks in oddly good shape considering..... if that was the case ( ? )

I hope you're ok and things work out with the insurance and repairs.

It's not too bad. A lot of work but nothing too serious.

I got it stripped down and started some of the reassembly. Should have it done by the end of the week.

how is the frame/swingarm for straightness after getting hit?
