Default Need Help ASAP. Stranded & bike wont start

Need help. I was at the gas station getting gas and I lost all power to my bike. No lights no nothing. Just happened suddenly. One minute running like a champ, next minute not working. It is a 2003 CBR 954rr Took the bike apart at gas station all fuses are fine not blown. Turn the kill switch to off and all power restores.. Turn the kill switch on, all the power goes out and all the lights flicker. A black relay under the PCM clicks when the power flicks and I'm going thru the service manual on my iPad and it doesn't say what it is

i was trying to diagnose the problem in my girl friends garage. i tore everything a part and i am stumped. I tried swapping out the mitsubu relay with it one of the other ones under the tail but it didnt work. it seems as tho that relay was bad to begin with because its making weird noises but nothing. below is a video i took of exactly what is going on

if that doesnt work here is a direct link

im stumped and i would like to get it working asap. I live 100+ miles away i hit a deer with my car yesterday and this is my only source of transport right now.

Cables are clean and tight ? Ground wire off the battery tight to ground and clean ?

I know the battery has 13.5 volts did you check the voltage while trying to crank what happens to the voltage then ? I know it will drop but sometimes the battery shows good then as soon as you put a load on it it will drop like a rock.

What is confusing is the power goes on in the off position and off in the on position......that's something you need to check

Sounds like ur kill switch. Take screws out and check the wires for loose or corroded wires. It's happened plenty of times.
