I found a 2002 954 with 10,000 miles on it. he has done 8k in upgrades. Headers, full exhaust, yoshi d&d pipe,k&N air filter, pc3, suspension, custom levers,double boubble wind screen, custom paint and rims.Lots of weight reduction done, no EGCV or servo, all blacked out and super clean. He wants 7,000 for it. He says that it is pushing bout 150hp- but has never dynoed it. What do you guys think? is it worth it? sorry no pix yet

 

If its all legit then yea it would be a kick ***/expensive *** bike. Personally id rather buy a piece of crap and trick it out myself, but thats just me, It sounds sweet though. I would price out all of that stuff if you bought it all used and then add it on top of about $5000 for a good clean nearly stock 02 954 and see where your at then.

also find out if the custom paint is to make it look good or if it has been wrecked and needed painted. And always take into consideration the person your buying from (seem legit or shady). I bought my 954 from a Chip n Dales dancer(male strip club lol) and was a little concerned, but all is well.

Yea i got mine from a dude who used it as a stunt bike its kinda beat up. Im sellin it for 4500 its got 13k miles on it, so i will begettin this other one... I really want only one bike and id rather it be a nicer of the two

 

good deal, well sounds like a sweet bike, I would price all that stuff out still and see if its really worth the extra $2000, either way i dont think youll be dissapointed

 

I'd agree with my peers here. Price all of that stuff out and see if you come out on top. Go with your gut instinct.

 

Yea im gettin a good feeling with this one. hes the second owner and he did all the work- hes like 45 years old and has 7 other bikes!!!!! he likes to build them and sell em. He said its mine if i want it, andhes not advertisingit atall,so hes being really cool bout it... he says that he doesnt even ride it any more. Ill try to get pix

 

dude i kno how u fee l i want another too just incase mine breaks but look around were u from there are 5 for sale around philly on craigslist one is bonestock except some cosmetic stuff he wants like 5200 for it withlike 4 thousand miles on it i bought mine all banged up she is shining now
