The two ***** on my handle bars are indicated as being on full H instead of S. Steering is hard for me this way. I dont know where to adjust it with a flat head. Im 5,9 and i weigh about 175 pounds if that helps. I never had to adjust this on my f3 and im sorry for a stupid question.

 

The 2 small adjusters on the top of the forks are for rebound. They have nothing to do with steering. The bigger black nut around the rebound adjuster adjusts preload which determines how high or low the front end sits with you on the bike. It does affect steering. Turn the rebound clockwise until it stops. Then turn it out 2.5 turns. Do the same for the Compression adjuster on the bottom of each fork and set them to 1.5 turns out. Now using a 17mm socket turn the preload adjuster clockwise until it stops then turn it out 8 full turns.
