Heres the story. I went to the dealer and ordered a left side tailsection sticker replacement for my Titanium and black 954. Took 3 days and It came. Brought it home and it the correct one as far the numbers 954 and the RR. But the black part of the sticker is like Mat Black and my orginals are all gloss black. Can't return it because it was special order. Mine on my bike has a blemish and not bad at all. But this would throw all the black off everywhere on the bike. Bummer!!!

 

Are the decal under the clear giving them the gloss?
or is it a clear part of the sticker and a black sticker backing?

If not I would call Honda and see if there are different types of stickers that can be ordered.

 

That sucks bc I need to replace my tail section stickers. I noticed that a few things I ordered from the dealer were different than what was on the bike even though the part numbers matched like you said.

 

wow, i'm surprised you actually found titanium ones.... all i could ever really find are the black ones with the 954 in red. sucks though.

 

Well now that I own a sticker. What I'm going to do is bring it to my buddy's Sign shop and he'll copy it and then print it on the gloss black its suppose to be. Problem solved but it cost me. What one will do becuase he has a slight blemish on his bike.lol
