Fuel draining into crank-case
Hi Folks.
I have a serious problem. I have a new-to-me 2002 CBR954RR with 2K miles on it. It was sitting for several years before I bought it and now gas is draining from the tank into the crank-case. Like all of it. An entire tank. Not sure where yet but I will be diving in this weekend to try and find the path.
Anyone had this problem before? Any obvious places to check?
Thanks in advance.
Kevan

while it was turned off, in your garage, it drained? like, overnight or a few days?
or are you talking about while running it?
or over the period of it sitting?
it's obviously coming from the an open injector or something in the TBs, then running down into your motor.
check the send and return line, check the fuel rail, and check the injectors (the connection from the fuel rail to injector, then the injector to TB).
