FRONT CALIPER - BLEED ONE OR BOTH?
 

ANYONE WHO DOES MAINTAINANCE ON THEIR 54'S BY THEMSELVES, PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHEN BLEEDING THE FRONT(OEM)BRAKE CALIPERS DO YOU NORMALLY DO JUST ONE SIDE OR BLEED BOTH. REASON BEING IS IF YOU OPEN BOTH FRONT BLEED VALVES AT THE SAME TIME, NO MATTER HOW FAST YOU CLOSE THEM AFTER BLEEDING,ONE SIDE WILL RECEIVE AIR BUBBLES DUE TO PRESSURE RETREAT, AND IF YOU DO ONE SIDEAT A TIME, TECHNICALLY ITWOULD JUST BE THE SAME THING AS DOING ONECALIPER. ANY SUGGESSTIONS?

never bled the brakes on my bike, but you should crack just one bleeder at a time, no it wont be like you didn't bleed them same principle as in a car you have two calipers on the front there.... i'm assuming your master is on the right side like my 600rr, in that case start with the left caliper (hose should be slightly longer right?)

TCI just bleed one at a time, yeah i would begin with the left like Jutsin said. If you think its worth it for future reference then invest in a "vampire pump"

Thanks for the logical suggestion guys, re-did the front again, left first and then right. couldn't believe how many air bubbles were trapped when finishing up the right side, now brakes are good, before it was like squeezing sponge on the lever.
