Your setting is way too high, but "Hey it's an easy fix; Inside the right fairing just above the stator cover you'll see a small black knob on a cable end, anti clock turns will wind down the RPM's So when cold the idle should be 1750 RPM's & when at temp it should be at about 1000 RPM's, ( your best bet is to set the idle at 1000RPM's when the engine is already at operating temp) also note this bike has this wax idle system which is a fuel injection type of choke to the engine when cold, & being a wax system once the engine gets up to operating temp the wax in this system melts & lets this hi tec FI choke off bringing the RPM's to normal 1000 when at operating temp.
