Has anyone used the Factory Pro Detent Star kit or Timing Advance rotor???
Please give me some Pro's / Con's

 

i havent used either but have viewed the website many of times cuz i wanted to get the complete package (star kit, t a rotor, velocity stacks). cant go wrong wit velocity stacks and t a rotor, dont know to much bout the star kit but i think it just improves shiftin(i think!) which can only be a plus

 

dont use a timing advance rotor-if you want to remap ignition timing use a dynojet ignition module
(requiresa pc3)-you have a lot more control over ignition curve mapping,the timing rotor can and will
work well of you retime the engine-you might not need it depending how you want the power
curve
