Howdy all,
Here is my question as I cannot find anything in the manual, or I just don't know where to look. Reassembling the engine after a catastrophic failure and putting the clutch in. I didn't notice during disassembly but the clutch lifter piece has about 1/2-3/4 inch in and out play. I didn't actually measure, just guessing. Everything has been assembled per the manual, Lined up the teeth to get the basket fully installed and engaged to the oil pump, all clutch plates installed properly, everything seems proper per the manual, just not sure about the play in the clutch lifter piece.
