I just noticed this issue with my CBR 954 The charging drops to 11.9volts once the fan and all 3 lights kick in. but when they aren't on, it goes to 12.4v please how do i solve this problem?

 

With bike running at 5k rpm you should have around 15.5 volts at the battery. If it low then either stator is bad or wires damaged coming from the stator. If rectifier is bad you will have too high volts at battery which will burn up the battery. Battery should have around 13.4 volts with bike not running
