Carbon Fiber...Yay or Nay?

Carbon Fiber...Yay or Nay?
I've had this 954 for almost a year, and only have these crappy old pics from when it was a month old (to me), and still pretty stock. I should get off my *** and break out the good camera sometime, and get my wheels powdercoated.
Mods: Came w/: CF Mirrors, CF D&D, CF bar ends, and CF levers.
I've done: CF Heel guards, OEM Solo Cowl, Integrated Taillight, LEDs in upper corners of headlight (above brights) for turns, Red Windscreen, Throttlemeister, GPR damper, CF Akra slip-on, PC3usb, +2 rear.
I bought it bone stock (execpt the CF) w/ 2,000 mi. on it, mint. It was this or my buddies LE R1. I'm happy, and spent 5,500 instead of 6,500.
Anyhow, onto my post...carbon fiber. I always thought of it as tacky...but now that I'm used to seeing it everyday, it may be growing on me. It was either all coming off, or I was gonna go CF tree cover, chain guards, and rear hugger. Maybe even gas cap, engine covers, and air duct. Sounds overboard to me...what do you guys think? Yay or nay on the CF.
BTW, it's all real CF.

RE: Carbon Fiber...Yay or Nay?
go for what u like dude, me personally i like carbon fiber regardless if its not real. i would do the whole carbon fiber and powdercoat thing but i got chrome on my 54. i think what did it for me was the picture of a 600rr wit carbon fiber bodywork and that sh*t was nice! also imma big fan of the ducati 9's and the have a few that came from the factory wit carbon fiber bodywork. but again it boils down to ur taste, dont let anybody influence u to what u should do wit UR sh*t

i love cf also but i like it ,here and there on the bike...for example..bar ends, tree cover, frame sliders, gas cap, pipe can and may be the hugger...that is what i will be putting on my bike when it gets out of paint.....all and all it will cost me about 400 bucks for the parts....bc some of the parts are 100% cf and some are stick on...

CF is purpose built. I'm running a rear cf hugger on my 929. Watching fender, undertail, heel guards. I'd go with the whole plastics CF if I could afford it. There is a bling factor, sure. But who doesn't accessorize their bike? I've never seen a 929 fully done.
