On Craigslist here in San Diego a guy has a 03 954 with only 77 original miles he's looking to get rid of. Thing looks mint I mean it still has the paper dealer plate. 100% original like it rolled off the showroom floor yesterday.

Asking price?

 

I saw this listing last week and he had a price of $11,000. He will be keeping it for a long time unless he comes way down on his price.

 

$11,000 Wow that must be why he doesn't have it listed in the add.

 

Nice and all, but even though i am in the UK and all the $ talk gets me confused, it still sounds like a lot of cash for a 10 year old bike.

 

Just think of all the problems that could show up if you bought this bike. It has been sitting for 9 years.....fuel system clogged, seals dried up, etc. Low mileage doesn't always mean perfect!

 

That guy is nuts. Just like the rc51s. Way too much$

 

Maybe he should try Barrett Jackson lol
