Default bike wont start after washing.

well i left my bike siting for about 2 or 3 weeks. i started it up and moved it about 15 ft to where i was going to wash it. i went ahead and cleaned it. tried to start it up again but i wouldnt crank. its clicking over but it wont start. also white smoke is coming out of the tail pipe. it was running fine before i put it in the garage. 2 days ago i cranked it and let it idle for about 15 minutes and it idled fine. i didnt take it out or anything though. the battery has 13 volts so i dont think its dead. any ideas would be great.

your battery could be bad despite 13 volts.
Stick the volt-meter on the battery terminals while you are cranking it then tell us the results.
It shoudln't go below 9.6 volts I believe.

make sure there is no water in the spark plug boots or anything else. good luck!

No check the code, but I bet one of the sensors is wet / corroded and not making contact. I'd check cam and crank position sensors.

I don't see a code 22 on my service manual, but I do see 21,23 which is a faulty o2 sensor,or faulty o2 heating element. When you washed your bike did you put water in the exhaust?

White smoke is water related.

That makes no sense.. sounds like you need to take the bike to a reputable mechanic. Also i've never said it was a good idea to start a bike(or car, anything with a motor really...) for a few seconds then kill it, even if you idle it for 15min then kill it. Take her for a ride and blow out the cobwebs!

Bump start it! Get those pistons moving man.
Try using a hair dryer to dry off the electricals
