About half way down "Cryodized Aluminum Drive Plate" |
Heard they will contaminate the oil, but thats not 1st hand knowledge. Whats the advantage?

Weight! I also dont tipically shift with my setup. I just come out in 1st gear, shift gently to 2nd then 3rd and run it in 3rd. I would imagine this will reduce potential wear on the aluminum drive plates. Just curious from users though!

Is this for race or street bike? It says on the barnett website they don't contaminate oil so they probably won't. But steel plates last longer and on a street bike i would use steel plates. Are you going to order a full set or just the steel plates?

It would be for a race setup. I have new friction plates already, thought about matching the new friction plates with these plates
