Default 954 Suspension geometry

Hello everyone
I’m a new cbr 954 owner. My bike is a 2003. It is a track only bike. I purchased it from a friend that changed to a different bike so I picked up this. I ride in an intermediate track day group. And have some basic track training. I’m planning on another training day this season. I ride approximately 5 track days a season. I am not an expert on suspension but have a reasonably good understanding of the basics. The suspension is being removed from the bike to get serviced and check the spring rates. The spring rates will be proper for my weight when finished. And the bike will have a basic suspension setup( preload, rebound) from the suspension shop.
The bike suspension as is, is as follows …
- forks will have proper rated springs for my weight( 195lbs with gear). The forks will have a fresh servicing. Along with new low friction seals and possible a valve kit. I will know once the forks come apart for servicing if a valve kit has already been installed
- the rear shock is an Elka unit. It is fully adjustable along with shock length. I’m not 100% but I think the shock can only be lengthened 10-15mm
My question is this…
I’m hoping someone has experimented with where to position the fork tubes through the upper triple tree. I am familiar with 2 bikes that benefit ( changes the rake and a result in a quicker turn in)from having the fork tubes slightly higher then the oem setting(5mm-15mm).
Also, the same question with the length(eye to eye) of the shock.
The bike has a Scott steering damper.
Currently, I dont have any seat time on the cbr since I purchased it at the end of the season and it is not road legal, so I can’t forward my impression of the characteristics of the bike. But I have read that the bikes generally handle well.
After my bikes suspension has been serviced and I’m putting things back together, it would be great if I have plan on what works and what doesn’t regarding positioning of the forks and if someone has an adjustable shock, if there is a better length over stock.
I am aware of potential hi speed stability and ground clearance, radiator clearance issues but dont know if this applies to the 954.
