Post 954 rear tire size

Does anyone have a 200 series tire on the rear of theri bike? If so, did it change the handling of the bike? I want to upgrade but, not sure if the bike would fit a 200 series tire versus the 190. Any sugestions?

i've read that people have fit 205s, i've also read that wider tires make the bike handle worse.

do it, and post pics

I have a 200 on mine....its a tight fit on the rim but it works. the 190 is a little better handling. Not to much of a difference though.

if you're into twisties dont do it. If you're not should fit fine.

190 is better for twisties, 200 really not that much different.

If you view my public profile I have a few pics up and one is from behind and that is a 200/50/17... The handling compared to a 190 pilot is quite different, however I dont have any problems corning and I love twistys... The reason I went to a larger tire was I have mad tire spin when I got on it... Further this did not help a whole lot because I have an Avon, and its not very sticky... I am going to a 190/50/17 pilot power 2ct; the bike feels like it is on rails with the pilot powers... Hope this helps,

P.S. I love the look of a fater tire though!...

I currently have a 180/55 on and it really handles better than the 190 in the twisties, faster turn in.MY next set I am thinking of trying the 190/55 though.
