2002 cbr954 flooding

I have a 2002 CBR954 that when you trun the key on in cyl 1 and 4 the injectors flood the engine.

Look for fuel in the vacuum line on the FPR (fuel pressure regulator). The line happens to be connected to 1 & 4.

Replace the FPR if you find any fuel. Pull the line and turn on the key. it will probably shoot fuel out, so watch out!
