Reset the ECU you have to jump some wires to reset it READ your manual to get the right plug. Its the black small one by the battery. If you need the step by step let me know

Check the kick stand wires to make sure they are plugged in, I tell everyone that because I screwed on it once.

SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESET PROCEDURE
1.Turn the engine stop switch to "RUN" and ignition
2.Short the service check connector of the PGM-FI
3.Turn the ignition switch to "ON".
4.Remove the jumper wire from the service check
connector.
5.The MIL lights about 5 seconds. While the indicator
lights, short the service check connector again with
the jumper wire.
Self diagnosis memory data is erased if the MIL
turns off and starts blinking.
switch to "OFF".
system using a jumper wire.
IGNITION'SWITCH
I
MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL)
L
The service check connector must be jumped while
the indicator lights. If not, the MIL will not start
blinking.
Note that the self diagnosis memory data cannot be
erased if you turn off the ignition switch before the
MIL starts blinking.
If the MIL blinks 20 times, the data has not been
erased, so try again.

yeah I tried to copy paste.

The reset connector is the small black plug by the battery. It comes off the main harness and isn't connected to anything You simply jump the two wires turn the ignition on and then pull it out. The Fi light should stop blinking. It only has two wires going in it and is right by your fuse box, you'll get it when you see it.

It blinks 9 times? That it the IAT sensor. The sensor that is in the bottom of the air box. It is white and comes to a point in the air box Make sure that is pluged in. Are they all they same length blinks timed the same amount apart? You have to reset it after that too. Did it act like it reset correctly?
