My new 929 does not have a helmet lock like my only F3, there can I mount/put one?

 

whenever you pop the trunk there should be a hook on the left side of your passenger seat ,hanging down from the top to throw your strap on. then just shut the trunk

I wouldn't trust hanging it on the bike, too easy for someone to cut the strap and take it. I usually hook it to the straps on my backpack and take it with me, JIK...

 

Depends on where I'm gonna be. I'll throw it on the hook in the trunk if I'm heading to class or have to pick up something quick and won't be away for long. If I'm heading to the mall or if I have a backpack with me, I have a caribeaner on there to just hook it to.
